About the riding
Beddgelert Forest is an ungraded forest-road cycling destination with waymarked loops through a large Eryri woodland. Expect steady gravel climbs, broad tracks, occasional rough or loose surfaces and views towards Yr Wyddfa, with the secluded Llyn Llywelyn providing a natural picnic stop. The Derwen route is suitable for adaptive equipment but still includes gradients where assistance may be useful. This is scenic cross-country exploration, not a technical bike park. Parking is available at the forest trailhead, with village services and accommodation nearby.
