Blessingbourne is a private estate with 13 km of purpose-built singletrack, a pump track and a skills area. Blue trails suit developing riders, while red and black loops add rock gardens, table-tops, jumps, drops and tighter technical sections; easier ride-arounds help groups progress without committing to every feature. Bike hire is available for residents, and self-catering accommodation is on the estate, making it especially useful for a ride-and-stay weekend.
