About the riding
Brechfa spans four grades across a remote Carmarthenshire forest. The green Derwen loop is a genuine singletrack introduction, its blue extension adds a steeper climb and faster descent, the red Gorlech delivers three big all-weather climbs and descents with berms, jumps and switchbacks, and the black Raven is a technical test of roots, drops and fast woodland trail. Storm recovery remains active: some trails are open only with diversions and the blue extension can be closed. Free parking and basic facilities are spread across the trailheads.
