About the riding
Coed Nercwys is a small, family-focused forest near Mold with an easy green-grade cycle route. The riding uses broad woodland tracks and avoids major climbs, making it suitable for beginners, younger riders and adaptive equipment. Expect shared-use paths, gentle gradients and scenic viewpoints rather than purpose-built jumps or technical descents. It works best as a relaxed short ride or confidence-building outing. Parking is available by the woodland, but there is no staffed trail centre, hire fleet or workshop on site.
