About the riding

Dalbeattie is a classic 7stanes venue where exposed granite defines the riding. The green Ironhash route gives beginners a forest-road introduction, the blue Moyle Hill trail mixes singletrack with roots and rocks, and the red Hardrock route is longer and rougher with optional black features. The signature Slab is a steep granite roll for expert riders who have checked the line first. A skills area and taster loops help with progression. Use the dedicated 7stanes car park and check current windblow or forestry closures before travelling.
