Davagh Forest MTB Trails
Cookstown, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland
About the riding
Davagh combines gentler forest riding with a demanding 16 km red trail across the Sperrins. Developing riders can use the easier loops, while the red route adds sustained climbing, narrow singletrack and memorable rock-slab drops. Forestry work and storm damage have created current diversions and long-term closures on named sections, so the official status must be checked on the day. The trailhead has parking, changing facilities, toilets, picnic space and a bike wash, but riders should arrive with their own bike and essential spares.
