Gortin Glen Forest Park MTB Trails

About the riding

Gortin Glen has a waymarked cross-country network above the main forest park. Current trail information uses blue and red grades: blue routes suit intermediate riders with basic off-road skills, while red sections add steeper gradients, more technical singletrack and a higher fitness demand. Earlier signage also described basic, moderate and expert loops, so read the trailhead map before starting. Parking is in the main car park and a bike wash is marked at the trailhead; bring your own bike, tools and supplies.
