Electric MTB UK venue guide
Kielder Forest
England
About the riding
Kielder is a big, remote-feeling forest network with more than 100 miles of traffic-free riding. Green and blue routes provide gentler lakeside and forest-road miles, while red routes such as Lonesome Pine and Bloody Bush add longer climbs and technical singletrack. Deadwater includes both red and black options for experienced riders. Distances are substantial and mobile coverage can be patchy, so carry tools and supplies. Visitor hubs around the forest provide parking, toilets, refreshments and bike hire, with camping and other accommodation options around Kielder Water.
