Electric MTB UK venue guide
Lee Quarry and Havok Bike Park
Bacup, Lancashire, England
About the riding
Lee and Cragg Quarries turn former industrial workings above Bacup into a distinctive network of rocky red and black mountain-bike trails. Expect exposed quarry terrain, rock gardens, drop-offs, tabletop jumps, technical climbs, big berms, pump tracks and trials sections rather than smooth forest flow. The linked Rolling Boar routes add longer bridleway mileage around Rossendale. Riding is free and the quarries are generally open, but they are shared with walkers and runners. Parking is available around Futures Park; bring your own tools and supplies because the long-planned trailhead facilities are not yet a full trail-centre hub.
