Woody’s Bike Park (Fowey area)

Woody’s Bike Park is a very different proposition to bridleway riding or trail centres: this is a dedicated bike park with uplift and a strong focus on flow and jump progression. The whole day is built around repeating runs—refining technique, learning how to carry speed, and stepping up features gradually rather than simply covering distance. That format works extremely well for eMTB riders too, particularly if you want gravity-style practice without spending the day climbing under your own steam.

The uplift is designed for efficiency. You sign in, load bikes onto uplift trailers, and spend most of your time riding rather than resetting. Trail character is strongly “bike park”: shaped surfaces, deliberate lines, and a progression ladder that suits riders who want to build confidence on jumps and faster flow. As always with uplift venues, the best experience comes from planning the day properly—arriving on time, wearing appropriate protection, and booking ahead for popular dates.
